Job Scope / Requirements
Knowledge of freight booking processes and logistics systems
Experience using ERP systems such as SAP and/or WMS
Ability to coordinate with freight forwarders for finished goods collection and shipment arrangements
Experience handling PGI/GR documentation and customer coordination
Ability to work closely with internal teams (SOA/IT) to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues
Experience monitoring and reporting discrepancies for incoming goods
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
