Responsibilities
Job Description
Assist in the preparation of catering related activities for esteemed Private Jets/ Charter Flights customers
Orders creation and dissemination to kitchens and support areas (e.g. Purchasing) for follow up;
Monitor and acknowledge flight advice or movements.
Handle administrative matters for ordering and billing.
Ensure that all catering requirements of each flight is met.
Perform other duties and special assignments as assigned by Private Jet ARM
Cross deployed across sections in Food Solutions when required
Job Requirement
Possess a pleasant disposition
Detailed and meticulous
Have basic food and beverage knowledge
Able to work as a team with the various departments and complement the Catering Supervisor and Officers (Private Jets / Charters) whenever necessary.
Be willing to work in both Changi and Seletar Airports and commit to 3 rotating shifts
