Job Descriptions

• Responsible for offering a friendly and efficient services to all guests

• Process guests orders to ensure that all items are prepared and served promptly

• Assists in setup and clear down of the front and back of TWG Tea Salon and Boutique operations

• Ensure food safety regulations are followed as according to NEA’s policy

• Promote and sell our range of food and beverage items and products to walk-in customers

• Attending to customers’ needs and enquiries

• Provide guests with gift wrapping service in accordance to TWG Tea Company’s standards

• Receiving and checking the inventory of goods and supplies

• Handling of cash, POS system, and report of take-in-cash when on duty

Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in F&B / Retail Operations, preferably in luxury goods industry

• Pleasant and well-groomed

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Hands-on and customer-focused role, hence we require someone with drive, efficiency and

assertiveness

• High initiative and positive attitude

• 5 days’ work week - 44hours, including weekends/public holidays
