Job Description
Responsibilities
- Project documentation and project filing to all online sharing and offline platforms as per required
- Ensuring that the files in the onboarding pack and online sharing platforms are up to date
- Collation for certificate of insurance and submission to project compliance coordinator
- To prepare formal project progress and other reports includes but not limited to weekly progress report, master schedule, risk register and audit documentation tracker
- Supports in the preparation of the project execution plan
- Liaise closely with the local project managers to obtain the information that is required
- Ensure that the local project managers are aligned and accountable with the reporting information
- To attend meetings and draft minutes
- Support in the update of the program tracker and ensure that or data quality validation errors are resolved
- Support in ensuring the relevant scores for the project key performance indicators are being achieved
- Support the physical closure process of the projects
- Liaise with project compliance coordinator to ensure all compliance documents are provided for project closure
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, project management, construction management, or equivalent
- 5 - 10 years of experience handling documentation within construction with manufacturing, industrial, data center preferred
- Experience in using EDMS systems
- Experience and knowledge of the main project management concepts, reporting, tools and techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear explanations
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and high-pressure environment, to meet often tight deadlines, and to work pro-actively as part of a committed team
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
