Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Singapore. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, and promote My Daily Accountant’s suite of financial services. Daily responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, conducting market research, preparing proposals, delivering presentations, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves collaborating with accounting and advisory teams to tailor solutions to client needs, tracking sales performance metrics, and providing regular reports and insights to leadership. The successful candidate will represent the brand professionally and help expand the company’s presence in the Singapore market and beyond.
Qualifications
- Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and relationship-building with corporate clients.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain financial services clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
- Understanding of accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and compliance services; familiarity with GST and local regulatory requirements is an advantage.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills to assess market trends, identify growth opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet revenue and activity targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; relevant experience in professional services or financial services is preferred.
- Comfort working in an on-site, client-facing role in Singapore; proficiency in English required, additional regional languages are an asset.
