Are you someone who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and helping people make smarter financial decisions?


We're looking for Solutions Advisors who don't see themselves as "salespeople."

Your role isn't about hard selling. It's about understanding people's needs, recommending the right lifestyle solution, and guiding them through a modern, digital customer journey.


As a Solutions Advisor, you'll help customers access premium LG home appliances through the innovative LG Subscribe programme, which enables customers to enjoy quality home appliances with affordable monthly payments instead of a large upfront purchase. The programme includes maintenance and warranty throughout the subscription period, making premium technology more accessible.


This is a hybrid role, giving you the flexibility to work both online and offline. You can engage customers through social media, WhatsApp, digital consultations, referrals, and face-to-face appointments.

What You'll Do

Instead of "selling products," you'll:

  • Become a trusted advisor who understands customers' lifestyles and recommends suitable home solutions.
  • Conduct online consultations via WhatsApp, phone calls, Google Meet, or social media.
  • Meet customers physically when required to provide product demonstrations or consultations.
  • Help customers compare ownership options and identify the most suitable subscription plan.
  • Educate customers on how LG Subscribe works and answer their questions confidently.
  • Build long-term relationships instead of focusing on one-time transactions.
  • Follow up with customers throughout their decision-making journey.
  • Create engaging content on Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, or other digital platforms to generate enquiries.
  • Manage your own pipeline using digital sales tools and CRM systems.
  • Continuously improve through professional coaching, AI tools, and sales development programmes.

    RequirementsMinimum Qualifications
    • Malaysian Citizen
    • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
    • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
    • Sales experience is an advantage but not required
    Technical Skills
    • Basic computer literacy
    • Comfortable using WhatsApp, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools
    • Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or LinkedIn
    • Able to conduct online meetings when required
