Responsibilities
Core Skills and knowledge
Good understanding and working knowledge of IP CCTV systems, Access Control and Remote sensor systems
Able to lay Ethernet/coaxial cable and perform termination for CCTV systems
Basic electrical wiring knowledge and able to understand single line diagrams
Able to install and configure Ethernet based network equipment and systems (remote and local)
Office IT Infrastructure: Microsoft Office, PC hardware skills
Team player and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
Good oral and written business communication in English
Able to operate hand power tools and CCTV diagnostic tools
Roles and Responsibilities
CCTV and IoT systems project implementation with onsite technical team and client.
Coordinate with sub-contractors for delivery and installation of equipment at sites.
Work with a team of technicians to implement CCTV and Security systems
To trouble-shoot CCTV and IP based network systems and work with 2nd level support.
Work closely with Systems Manager and other department leaders to deploy technology and resolves issues.
Follow project schedules and track for successful completion
Keep abreast of new /emerging Security automation technology and recommend, test new products.
Able to work ad-hoc hours when supporting client projects and duty phone support
Generate reports and analyse data for client projects using Excel, PowerPoint etc.
Support Video Analytics application, Robotics systems, Visitor Management and other security automation products at technical level
