Job Description:
Managing daily operations of the bakery section of the kitchen
Preparing doughs, shaping and baking of products.
Preparing a variety of sourdough breads.
Monitoring the stock of baking ingredients.
Minimize wastage and spoilage of ingredients
Ensuring the bakery section of the kitchen adheres to safety and health regulations.
Cleaning of kitchen and equipment daily at the end of the day.
Job Requirement:
At least 1 years of working experience or more as a full spectrum Baker or relevant role (E.g mixing,shaping, baking)
Possess food hygiene and safety certification.
Ability to communicate in spoken and written English.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate strong ability to work in a team
Able to lift heavy objects (up to 25kg)
Prior knowledge in sourdough is advantageous, but not necessary
Responsible, strong attention to details and actively problem solve
Performance driven, instead of clock watcher
Work Arrangement:
Working hours: 7am - 3.30pm, 1 hour break
Working days: 5 days per week
Required to work on Public holidays
