Responsibilities
Location: Tseung Kwan O, 將軍澳
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations: Handle physical asset processes including receiving, labeling, installation, relocation, and decommissioning.
Inventory Maintenance: Conduct regular audits and cycle counts, update asset records, and ensure system data accuracy.
On-Site Support: Perform equipment handling, rack installation, and cable management within the data center.
Reporting & Documentation: Submit asset change reports and support updates to asset management systems (CMDB/DCIM).
Compliance Adherence: Ensure all activities follow company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills:
Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields preferred.
1–3 years of experience in data center operations or IT asset management.
Experience with asset management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Maximo, DCIM tools) is an advantage.
Basic understanding of IT hardware, electrical, or mechanical systems.
Familiarity with asset tagging, inventory audits, and system updates.
Ability to handle equipment installation and movement with precision.
Collaborate effectively with asset managers, operations engineers, and cross-functional teams.
Ability to address asset discrepancies or equipment issues promptly.
