Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update the database of raw material information at ERP system.
Accountable for routine analysis of the purchase record of high runner items, prevent inventory shortages, and improve delivery efficiency.
Work with internal parties collecting major projects forecast. Liaise major raw material manufacturers and distributors, sharing business trend with presentable forecast information.
Optimizing inventory level by analyzing historical sales data and demand forecasts to maintain optimal stock levels.
Conducting total cost of ownership (TCOO) analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities, providing cost study to senior members for cost negotiation.
Work closely with ERP and Process automation team to transit manual supply chain planning into automated operations.Work closely with ERP and Process automation team to transit manual supply chain planning into automated operations.
Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned by senior staff or management.
Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree, preferable in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
2 years or above related working experience
Strong data analytic mindset and skills. Familiarwith demand forecasting, cost analysis, and scenario modeling.
Proficient computer skill, preferred with knowledge about data visualizing (eg. Tableau or Power BI) to create intuitive dashboards.
With basic to intermediate excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, etc) for data manipulation is highly sought after for pulling data directly from databases.
The ability to translate complex data analytics into clear, actionable, and visual presentations for stakeholders.
Proactive in team work environment.
Good command in both written and spoken English, and Mandarin
