Dental Assistant – Children And Family Dentistry

Location:BRIGHT DENTAL, SS18 SUBANG JAYA

Job Type: Full-time

Working Days: 6 days/week

We are looking for a warm, proactive, and responsible Dental Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities

Clinical Assistance

• Assist the dentist during dental procedure.

• Prepare and sterilize instruments and maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms.

• Support clinic workflow: receiving cases, organizing patient trays, follow-up scheduling.

Patient Care

• Welcome children and parents, helping them feel calm and safe.

• Guide parents on treatment steps, post-care, aligner wear instructions, and basic oral hygiene.

• Manage nervous or anxious children with care and patience.

Administrative Tasks

• Manage appointments and patient records.

• Maintain stock for dental materials and consumables.

• Assist with content creation (simple photos/videos) for clinic education and updates.

Requirements

• Experience as a Dental Assistant preferred but training will be provided for the right candidate.

• Friendly, patient, and able to communicate clearly with children and parents.

• Organized, responsible, and willing to learn new systems and workflows.

• Able to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.

• Team player with a positive attitude.
