Description

**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional customer service, maintain operational standards, and support our commitment to delivering outstanding dining experiences in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

**Job Description**
• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, table management, and service quality monitoring
• Lead, train, and mentor front-of-house team members to maintain high service standards and foster a collaborative work environment
• Handle customer feedback professionally, resolve service issues promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock management, and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations

• Greet and serve customers with a friendly, professional attitude whilst taking orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas, service stations, and kitchen facilities in compliance with NEA food safety regulations
• Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and manage point-of-sale systems



**Job Requirements**
• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification with at least 2 years of supervisory experience in the F&B industry
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
• Demonstrated knowledge of food safety standards, POS systems, and restaurant operations
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
• Possess a positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and passion for hospitality 

• Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain upon employment)
