We are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our Singapore office and grow alongside the business.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with clients and candidates across Financial Services markets.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving complex hiring challenges and working in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and manage relationships with clients across the financial services sector
  • Identify, engage and assess high-calibre candidates through research, networking and market mapping
  • Manage executive search assignments from briefing through to successful placement
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate suitability
  • Advise clients on hiring strategy, market trends and compensation benchmarks
  • Negotiate offers and manage the recruitment process through to completion
  • Build long-term candidate pipelines within specialist markets
  • Maintain accurate records within the firm's CRM and recruitment systems
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and client growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 2–6 years of recruitment, executive search, sales, business development or relationship management experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commercially minded with a proactive approach to winning business
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working towards targets and performance goals
  • Resilient, self-motivated and entrepreneurial
  • Ability to build trust with senior professionals and clients
  • Experience within financial services recruitment is advantageous but not essential
