Field Support & Service Technician /Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Provide Pre and after-sales maintenance support
• Carry out troubleshooting, basic repairs, rectification, and servicing of AV and IT hardware and software
• Manage preventive and comprehensive maintenance, setup, installation, and commissioning of AV systems and solutions
• Provide on-site and remote technical support
• Support in handling projects
• Provide engineering and application support to the Sales Team
• Field support for installation and cabling work on-site as necessary
• Responsible for system setup, testing, and commissioning
• Prepare service reports and documentation
• Project management
• Perform any other technical roles and responsibilities as necessary

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in IT, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Electronics Engineering
• Hardworking, willing to learn, and possess a positive attitude
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage
• Able to work independently
• Preferably at least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin with customers and suppliers is preferred
• Monday to Friday, 5 days a week
