- Represent the company and provide technical support to global Fortune 500 customers.
- Ensure product reliability, uptime, and performance after deployment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and resolve customer escalations.
- Monitor customer sites proactively and address issues before they impact operations.
- Deliver clear customer communication and guidance for issue resolution.
- Configure customer interfaces using the company's no-code platform.
- Build long-term customer relationships and optimize robot fleet performance.
- Maintain accurate support documentation and collaborate with engineering on complex issues.
- Develop automation tools to improve customer support processes.
- Work with Product and Engineering teams on software updates, preventive maintenance, and product improvements.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in robotics, automation, or industrial systems.
- Knowledge of robotic systems, including actuators, sensors, and control systems.
- Proficient in ROS (Robot Operating System) and Python.
- Strong hands-on skills in mechanical assembly, soldering, and crimping.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
