Role Description The Business Analyst / Data Analyst is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore River, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role involves gathering, analyzing, and interpreting business and training data to support strategic decision-making and program optimization for the Offshore Wind Academy. The analyst will document business requirements, map business processes, and develop reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with internal teams and partners, validating data quality, identifying trends and risks, and recommending improvements in operations, course offerings, and learner outcomes. The role also supports performance monitoring, contributes to forecasting and resource planning, and helps ensure that the Academy’s initiatives are data-informed and aligned with organizational goals.

• Candidates should possess business analysis skills for understanding stakeholder needs, documenting business requirements, and aligning solutions with organizational objectives.
• Candidates should possess communication skills to present complex data clearly, prepare concise reports, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Candidates should possess business process skills to map, evaluate, and improve operational workflows related to training delivery and stakeholder engagement.
• Relevant experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI platforms), and familiarity with education, training, or renewable energy sectors is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, statistics, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, manage multiple projects, and maintain high attention to detail is strongly valued.
