Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Business Growth & Revenue

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets set by management
  • Develop and execute go-to-market and growth strategies

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and business reviews
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention

3. Market Research & Strategy

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
  • Identify emerging markets and potential areas for expansion
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership

4. Partnerships & Networking

  • Establish strategic partnerships with vendors, distributors, and business partners
  • Attend industry events, networking sessions, and conferences
  • Represent the company in external business engagements

5. Sales Planning & Reporting

  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports
  • Track KPIs and business development metrics
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align strategies

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 3–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

  • Revenue generated vs target
  • Number of new clients acquired
  • Client retention rate
  • Size and quality of sales pipeline
