Job Description: Sales Executive

Location: Chinatown

Workdays: 5-day workweek (Weekend Included)

Working Hours: 11:00 AM– 7:00 PM

Compensation: Basic Salary + Commission

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily duties at the retail outlet, including customer service and sales
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations
• Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively handle customer inquiries
• Assist in the authentication of watches, ensuring a thorough understanding of their legitimacy
• Assist with inventory management, stock organization and general housekeeping
• Maintain and update customer databases to track customer interactions and purchasing history
• Follow company procedures and ensure transaction accuracy
• Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager or supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury brand
• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply too as training will be provided
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer- focused, proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Passion for luxury watches and sales is an advantage
