Position: Customer IT Support Representative
Salary Range
$2,400 – $2,700

8:30 PM – 8:30 AM (Night Shift)

Job Responsibilities & Requirements
Experience in a Contact Centre environment is an advantage.
Good customer service and communication skills.
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Confident in handling customer enquiries, including difficult situations, in a professional manner.
Willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
Able to draft clear and professional email responses to customers.
Familiar with Smart TV operations and mobile applications (download, install & uninstall apps).
Comfortable using a PC and browsing the internet.
Basic knowledge of PC and software troubleshooting.
