The Director, Analytics & Insights leads the Consumer Group analytics, business intelligence, and insights function to enable data-driven decision-making, commercial growth, customer experience enhancement, and operational optimization across the organization.
The role is responsible for shaping and executing the enterprise analytics strategy, advancing AI and data capabilities, and embedding a culture of evidence-based decision-making across business functions.
Working closely with senior business and technology stakeholders, the role translates complex data into actionable strategies that support business transformation and long-term competitive advantage.

- Develop and lead the Consumer analytics and insights strategy aligned to corporate and business priorities - Analytics initiatives deliver measurable business impact and support strategic decision-making.
- Drive data-driven transformation across commercial, customer, operational, and digital domains - Increased adoption of analytics and evidence-based decision-making across the organization.
- Partner with senior business leaders to identify growth opportunities, customer insights, and operational improvements - Improved revenue growth, customer retention, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
- Lead and develop high-performing analytics and BI teams - Strong analytics capability, talent retention, and succession pipeline
Establish analytics governance, standards, and best practices across the enterprise - Improved data quality, consistency, compliance, and governance maturity. - Drive enterprise KPI management, executive reporting, and performance insights - Timely, accurate, and actionable management reporting for executive decision-making.
- Collaborate with technology and data teams to modernize analytics platforms and data infrastructure - Scalable, reliable, and future-ready analytics ecosystem supporting business growth.
- Manage analytics investment priorities, budgets, and resource allocation (Consumer Data Squad).
- Champion innovation in analytics, AI, automation, and customer intelligence capabilities.
Skills for Success:
- Degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics or Engineering.
- 12–15+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data science, or insights functions, preferably within telecommunications, technology, or large consumer-facing organizations.
- Proven leadership experience managing large, cross-functional analytics or data teams.
- Strong track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through analytics and data-driven strategies.
- Strong understanding of advanced analytics, predictive modelling, AI/ML, and data visualization techniques.
- Proficiency in analytics and BI tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of data governance, privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to lead organizational change and drive analytics adoption.
- Ability to balance innovation with operational execution and governance requirements.
