Job Type: Full Time Clinic Assistant 

Responsibilities:

Assist the Doctor during chiropractic and physical rehabilitation treatments
Communicate with and assist patients (scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and handling emails)
Manage invoices and payments at the clinic
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the clinic at all times
Participate in corporate events when required

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills
Proactive team player
Confident and fluent in English
Computer literacy
Responsible, dependable, and punctual
Willingness to learn and grow within a clinical environment
Previous customer service experience is preferred
Weekend availability required

Working Hours:

5 workdays (4 weekdays & 1 weekend)
Monday to Friday: 10:00am - 2:00pm, 4:00pm - 8:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: 10:00am - 3:00pm
