Responsibilities
Salary: $2,500 Basic
Location: Central
Contract: 1 Year Contract [Renewable]
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve client platform issues.
Respond to incidents, investigate root causes, and provide timely resolutions and updates.
Handle service requests related to client platforms.
Monitor system performance, maintain documentation, and ensure SLA compliance.
Support and manage client platform implementation, upgrades, and system changes.
Research and evaluate client platform tools and technologies.
Provide technical advice and support to customers and project teams.
Manage client platform systems and infrastructure changes.
Gather business and technical requirements for infrastructure design and implementation.
Support pre-sales activities related to client platforms.
Develop and implement service improvement plans when required.
Establish and maintain best practices for platform and facility management.
Requirements:
Min. Nitec in Information Technology or equivalent.
Min. 3 months of L1 Technical Support working experience.
Able to start within short notice!
