Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
• 5-day work week
• Required to work 1 Saturday per month

Location: Jurong East

Industry: Beauty Products

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations and invoices.
• Handle full set of accounts.
• Prepare daily, monthly and yearly financial reports.
• Perform general administrative duties.
• Support other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Relevant accounting experience, preferably in handling full set of accounts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
