Responsibility

• Production of drawings and documentation required by the project including Authority submission, Design, Tender, Construction issuance.
• Maintain CAD/BIM standards in the drawings
• Check compliance to local standards and codes
• Coordinate with external team members

Requirements

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office
• Hands on experience in Corenet submission process
• Familiar with Singapore standards and building regulations
• Able to handle correspondence with Authorities and project team
• Able to work both independently and with a team
• Self-motivated, proactive and systematic
• Remuneration will be based on skill and experience
