Job scope:

• Manage and organize construction contract records and coordinate data collection (cost tracking, contract management).
• Monitor and report on project variations.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and identify opportunities to meet project goals and strategies.
• Attend meetings and compile necessary documents, including vendor requests for new vendor creation.
• Conduct pre- and post-contract activities in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Handle sourcing, competitive bidding, and negotiation of supplier quotes.
• Track orders, confirm lead times, delivery dates, and costs.
• Ensure orders comply with supplier agreements and contracts.
• Document estimates, including assumptions and basis for estimates.
• Assist in preparing inquiry documents, including contract terms and conditions.
• Help develop price lists in line with subcontract requisitions.
• Manage issuance, receipt, commercial bid analysis, and coordination of technical bid evaluations.
• Compile supplier performance data and create scorecards.
• Assist company representative with preliminary and final bid tabulations, including award recommendations.
• Collaborate with company representative to prepare final contract documents for account closure.
• Handle post-contract administration: progress payments, change orders, and contract cost monitoring/reporting per contractual package.
