Job Summary
Coordinate and manage project activities, documentation, procurement, and logistics to ensure timely and compliant project execution. Support cross-functional teams and maintain accurate records to resolve project and supply chain challenges effectively.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities, schedules, documentation, and stakeholder communications to ensure alignment and progress
- Manage document control processes including drawings, submissions, reports, transmittals, and revision tracking for accuracy and accessibility
- Monitor project progress, site activities, material deliveries, and compliance with project requirements to support timely completion
- Support procurement activities by preparing RFQs, coordinating with suppliers, managing purchase orders, expediting deliveries, and planning inventory
- Coordinate local and international shipments, including import/export documentation, customs permits, and logistics arrangements to ensure smooth delivery
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate timely project execution and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate project, procurement, and logistics records and prepare status reports to inform stakeholders
- Resolve project and supply chain issues by identifying problems and implementing effective solutions
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and project specifications throughout all activities
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related discipline
- Experience in project coordination, procurement, logistics, or document control
- Familiarity with engineering/project documentation, drawings, material submissions, and shipping documents
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Immediate or short notice availability is an advantage
