Main duties & responsibilities include but not limited to:

·      To be responsible for reviewing customers’ specifications, drawings, and contract requirements.

·      Responsible and in charge of design and build of electrical, instrumentation, and control systems

·      To lead in project execution to meet the project schedule, budget, and contract specification requirements.

·      To lead and manage project team, sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure project deliverables.

·      System design and selection of equipment, instrumentation, and controls.

·      Define specifications and scope of work to contractors.

·      To liaise with PE / LEW to ensure all design and installation are fulfill the IEC / SS standard.

·      Responsible for Single Line Drawing, Control Schematic drawings.

·      Startup, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of plants.

·      Support and preparation of tender activities.

·      Develop engineering capabilities and work with the sales team on project proposals and bidding.

.     Carry out the design works using Revit to manage the project 3d model including the detail layout.

.     Guide the team in the Revit software.

.     Design of detailed piping arrangement for water treatment plants and systems, including isometric drawing, piping support drawing, and BOM.

.     Prepare and design equipment layout for complete plant and modular skid; PFD and Piping and instrumentation diagram (PIO), and other equipment outline drawings, and EICA drawings.

-     Coordinate and interface with the process, instrument, civil, and equipment supplier.

-     Prepare piping specifications; technical specifications or datasheets for the purchase of piping components.

- Familiar with Taiwan regulatory requirement
