Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and submit ITQs, RFQs, government tenders, and business proposals within deadlines.
• Review tender requirements and coordinate supporting documents with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain tender schedules, records, and monitor tender outcomes.
• Prepare, review, and manage contracts, quotations, service agreements, purchase orders, and related documentation.
• Prepare costing sheets, budget proposals, manpower pricing models, and project cost summaries.
• Support tender pricing, billing, invoicing, and cost monitoring activities.
• Act as a key point of contact for deployed employees on timesheets, leave applications, claims, and employment-related matters.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and payroll-related documentation.
• Provide administrative and operational support to Recruitment and Business Development teams.
• Assist in preparing proposals, reports, presentations, and client documentation.
• Support project coordination, recruitment drives, and job fairs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and tender specifications.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain proper documentation for audit purposes.
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business support, tender management, contract administration, or manpower outsourcing.
• Experience with GeBIZ tender submissions and government procurement processes is preferred.
• Strong organisational, documentation, and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in recruitment agencies, HR services, or manpower outsourcing environments.
• Familiarity with payroll administration, timesheet management, and workforce deployment.
• Knowledge of GeBIZ and Vendors@Gov portals.
• CEI Certification is an added advantage.
