Responsibilities

• Attend to client enquiries via phone and email
• Provide prompt and professional customer support and issue resolution
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems
• Perform general administrative duties to support the team

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business or any relevant field
• No prior experience required — training will be provided
