Responsibilities
About the role
- Be the technical expert of InsiderSecurity solutions for our users
- Achieve customer success by understanding user requirements and supporting users to achieve strong cybersecurity with our solutions
- Advise customers on the deployment architecture and best practices for our products
- Deploy and configure our solutions in customer data centers or cloud environments
- Develop and configure use cases to meet user's needs
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Support the sales team by conducting technical sales demos and answering technical inquiries during sales
- Serve as the interface between users and our product engineering teams. This is an excellent role to gain experience and insight into the cybersecurity industry
- Guide junior application engineers on technical matters
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in system administration, cloud administration or IT networking
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experienced with system and cloud administration (e.g., Windows, Linux, AWS, Kubernetes)
- Experienced with networking
- Experienced with Python or other high-level programming languages
- Familiarity with Bash scripting
- Familiarity with database administration and SQL is a plus
- Prior experience as an application field engineer or a customer success engineer is an advantage
- Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to excel in a collaborative team setting
- Must be a Singapore resident
