Responsibilities

• Assist in pre and post tender document including BoQ, progress claim and cost sheet submission.
• Review and monitor project costing, project profitability and perform cost analysis.
• Organize and transfer of awarded projects to the project department for execution including assist to arrange kick off meeting with project department.
• Attend commercial meeting.
• Daily administrative work including prepare quotation, DO and Invoice.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Skills

• Proficient and competent in MS Office applications, particularly in Excel.
• Experienced in the use of MS Dynamics Business Central is an added advantage though not mandatory.
• A team player, flexible and be readily adaptable to changing conditions and demands.
• Able to work without supervision, equipped with strong customer service mind set.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration or any relevant commerce course.
• Min 3 years’ working experience plus point if it is in design & build projects, construction industry.
• Able to interpret drawings for costing and estimation is a plus point.
