Summary:

The Project and Operation Manager will oversee and manage revenue, billing, business development, manpower resources, and corporate operations to drive business growth and ensure operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. Revenue & Billing:

  • Monitor and manage project revenue and billing cycles
  • Ensure timely invoicing and payment collection
  • Analyze revenue trends and implement strategies to improve cash flow

2. Business Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities and leads
  • Develop and implement business development strategies
  • Collaborate with design teams to create pitches and proposals
  • To support team lead in preparing EOI, Tender and Request for Proposal (RFP) submission documents & packages.

3. Manpower Resources:

  • Manage staff capacity and resource allocation
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent
  • Oversee staff performance and conduct appraisals

4. Corporate Operations:

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Manage office administration and facilities
  • Oversee financial management, including budgeting and forecasting

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture, Business, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management or related role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in financial management and business development
  • Candidate with Consultancy, Marketing and Finance background is preferred
