Responsibilities
Handle general administrative duties and office operations
Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery orders
Manage project documentation, filing, and records
Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal staff
Coordinate meetings and maintain schedules
Assist with HR administrative matters, including onboarding documentation and leave records
Support finance-related administrative work, including document preparation and payment tracking
Perform ad hoc administrative duties as assigned
