Building Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly responsible and experienced to oversee and coordinate day-to-day on-site activities. The successful candidate will ensure that structural, architectural, and upgrading works are executed smoothly, safely, on schedule, and in strict compliance with approved blueprints and local authority regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision & Coordination

• Supervise daily construction operations, sub-contractors, and site workers to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment deployment, and manpower allocation to optimize productivity.
• Interpret structural, architectural, and M&E drawings correctly and brief site crews on execution details.

Safety & Quality Compliance

• Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations on-site to maintain a zero-accident environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical or coordination issues promptly.
• Prepare and attend site inspections with Resident Technical Officers (RTO) and Consultants.

Reporting & Progress Monitoring

• Track daily progress against the project schedule and report delays or resource shortages to the Project Manager.
• Maintain accurate daily site diaries, manpower logs, and incident records.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and environmental vector control across the construction site.

Job Requirements

• Education: Building Construction, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in building construction or Addition & Alteration (A&A) projects.
• Technical Skills: Strong ability to read architectural and structural blueprints.
• Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, clear communication skills, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
