Responsibilities:

• handling accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely manner.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and data entry.
• Preparing financial reports and summaries for management review.
• Support the finance team with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in an accounting or finance role is desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
