Job Summary

You will schedule and assign tasks to site personnel, estimate materials and labor needs, monitor material usage, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing inspections and managing site paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, assign, and perform work tasks for site personnel across various project sites to ensure timely completion
• Estimate material and labor requirements accurately to support project planning and budgeting
• Monitor the acquisition and usage of materials to maintain inventory control and reduce waste
• Enforce adherence to health and safety regulations by conducting regular site checks and addressing compliance issues promptly
• Perform inspections of equipment, materials, and routine site conditions to identify and resolve potential issues
• Process necessary paperwork efficiently and travel to multiple sites as required to oversee project progress
• Order materials and equipment and manage the acquisition of necessary permits to support uninterrupted work flow
• Apply hands-on working experience to actively participate in site tasks and supervise work progress effectively
• Maintain physical fitness to conduct on-site inspections and supervise work activities safely
• Work extended hours, including weekends and public holidays, as needed to meet project deadlines
