Requirements

- Minimum 4-7 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, inside sales, or a sales-focused role.

- Demonstrated ability to handle cold calling confidently and consistently hit sales or lead generation targets.

- Prior experience in B2B or B2C sales environments is an advantage.

- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) — essential for engaging Mandarin-speaking prospects and clients. Proficient in English; ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.

- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and persuasion skills with a professional and engaging phone manner.

- Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment with daily call expectations.

- Ability to handle rejections professionally and maintain a positive, persistent attitude.

- Basic understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT), and pipeline management.

- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent) and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups simultaneously.

- Minimum SPM with relevant working experience; Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred (or equivalent practical experience).

 Working Hours:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9.00AM - 6.00PM
  • Overtime: Able to work overtime when required.Overtime pay is calculated strictly in accordance with the Employment Act.

Remuneration Package:

  • Basic: RM 5,000 - RM 7,000 (Based on experience)
  • Performance Bonus: Awarded based on individual performance and work efficiency.
  • Statutory Benefits: All statutory contributions in accordance with Malaysian employment law. 
  • Commission: Details to be discussed during the interview session

Responsibilities

About the Role
We're building our B2B inside sales team from the ground up — and we need a true pioneer to make it happen. Based in our Cheras office, you won't be stepping into an existing system. Instead, you'll be the one building it — designing the processes, setting up the tools, developing the playbook, and driving sales from day one. If you're someone who thrives in unstructured environments, loves building things from scratch, and isn't afraid to take ownership, this role is made for you.

What You'll Be Doing

Department Setup & Process Building

  • Design and establish the telesales department from scratch — including workflows, SOPs, call scripts, and objection-handling guides
  • Set up and configure CRM system for lead tracking, pipeline management, and reporting
  • Develop lead sourcing strategies and identify the best channels to reach B2B prospects
  • Create templates and documentation for outreach sequences, follow-up cadences, and client communication

Business Development & Outreach

  • Conduct outbound calls and outreach to B2B prospects in Mandarin and English
  • Qualify leads, understand client needs, and present our range of mobile & gadgets accessories effectively
  • Build and manage an active sales pipeline from the ground up
  • Meet daily call volume and monthly lead conversion KPIs

Client Relationship Management

  • Take ownership of existing client accounts with no current follow-up, re-engage and rebuild relationships
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the current client base
  • Ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients at every touchpoint

Reporting & Performance

  • Define and track KPIs — call volume, lead quality, pipeline conversion, and revenue targets
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management on team performance and market feedback
  • Lay the groundwork for a scalable telesales team as the department grows
