Job Description

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Media Studies, Foreign Languages, or related disciplines.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Arabic, or other languages is a plus.
  • 1–3 years of experience in influencer partnerships, creator management, KOL operations, or related business development roles.
  • Existing influencer, creator, or MCN network is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of global social media ecosystems and influencer marketing trends.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and generate actionable insights.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work effectively across different time zones in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

 

1. Influencer Sourcing & Development

  • Identify, recruit, and develop influencers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, and other social platforms.
  • Build and maintain influencer databases in target markets, including North America, Europe, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
  • Source influencers across various verticals such as Beauty, Consumer Electronics (3C), Fashion, Lifestyle, and Home & Living.

2. Partnership Negotiation & Contract Management

  • Independently manage influencer outreach, relationship building, rate negotiations, contract drafting, and partnership agreements.
  • Control collaboration costs and optimize campaign ROI while ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.

3. Campaign Execution

  • Coordinate with influencers on campaign briefs, content co-creation, script reviews, publishing schedules, and campaign delivery.
  • Monitor campaign performance and ensure content quality and timely execution.

4. Influencer Relationship Management

  • Develop and implement influencer engagement strategies to increase retention and long-term collaboration.
  • Build strategic relationships with top creators and explore exclusive or ambassador partnerships.

5. Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Track and analyze campaign metrics, including reach, impressions, engagement, traffic, and conversions.
  • Conduct campaign reviews and provide recommendations to improve performance and maximize ROI.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Brand, Business Development, and Media teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns and achieve business objectives.
