Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and expanding Technigroup's market presence in the commercial furniture and workspace solutions segment. The role requires a strong understanding of corporate clients, architects, interior designers, and contractors, along with a consultative sales approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients, architects, and project consultants.
- Manage the complete sales cycle — lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Work closely with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to deliver a seamless customer experience and ensure project execution.
- Prepare presentations, BOQs, quotations, and solution proposals aligned with customer needs.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and new project developments to position Technigroup effectively.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth and market expansion.
- Represent Technigroup at events, exhibitions, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in furniture, interiors, architecture, or a related industry.
- Strong network within the architect & designer community is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into furniture solutions.
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently under targets.
- Willingness to travel for client visits, meetings, and project coordination.
