Sherwood Protective Apparel is a specialist protective garment company founded in 2010 by Corporate Garment, a workwear manufacturer since 1990. Together, we have more than 30 years of experience in workwear clothing manufacturing. We are the Authorised Licensed Manufacturer of NOMEX and PROBAN High-Performance Workwear based in Malaysia with wide distribution channels in the ASEAN region.

We are looking for highly motivated, qualified, and self-driven individuals to be part of our successful team.

SALES MANAGER

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including local and international accounts.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and business meetings.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, and/or a related field.
• Proven experience in the industrial sales field.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with safety regulatory requirements and compliance standards. A background in Oil & Gas Industry or HSE practices is preferred.
