Responsibilities

Role Description

Human Resources

  • Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Support attendance, leave, and payroll administration.
  • Coordinate employee training, performance review, and staff engagement activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR letters, employment contracts, and other HR-related documentation.
  • Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of employee records.


Office Administration

  • Manage general office administration, correspondence, filing, and document control.
  • Coordinate office supplies, stationery, and facility requirements.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, meetings, and company events.
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and company documentation.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and government agencies when required.
  • Provide administrative support to management and various departments.


Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant HR and/or administrative experience preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Knowledge on million system is a plus
