The Sibelco Global Graduate Programme is designed to accelerate the careers of talented graduates through a two-year rotational experience.

  • Perform operational and strategic data analysis (cost models, dashboards, scenario analysis)
  • Support quality system improvements, including documentation and compliance
  • Prepare reports, recommendations, and presentations for leadership teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Engineering, Finance, Quality)

The ideal candidate has:

  • A degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field

  • Interest in Operational Excellence, cost reduction, and process improvement
  • Structured problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and support project execution
  • Strong communication skills in a multicultural environment

Additional advantages:
