Requirements

- 3+ years of wholesale credit risk management experience within the financial sector, ideally with FI coverage experience

- SME collection experience preferred

- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to communicate and help non-experts understand applicable requirements

-Counterparty credit reviews for banks and other non bank financial institutions

- Maintaining and updating the counterparty credit register

- Monitoring counterparty news developments and building out AI based tools to provide semi automated monitoring

- Working closely with our data analytics team to build our counterparty monitoring dashboards

This role focused on counterparty credit risk, but may also have an opportunity to work on other credit risk initiatives as required

* Collection experience a must from banking industry or tiktok/ ant group company preferred

collection background- commercial accounts receivable recovery (AR finance knowledge). Able to secure payments/loans back from outstanding invoices to maintain healthy cash flow. Negotiation skills needed as well with experience in claims payment.

Review business financial statements and cash flow data to understand the root cause of the payment delay.
