Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shipping Executive located in Selangor, Malaysia. The Shipping Executive will be responsible for handling export documentation, coordinating forwarding and freight operations, and ensuring smooth communication with all stakeholders. Daily tasks will include managing shipment schedules, processing export paperwork, and liaising with freight and forwarding agents.

Qualification

  • Competency in Communication and handling Import & Export Documentation.
  • Experience in Export processes and coordinating with Forwarding agents.
  • Coordinate with forwarders for freight bookings (ocean, air, road) and align schedules with delivery requirements.
  • Handle Import & Export documentation (K1,K2, booking, invoice, packing list, BL, AWB, COO,) and ensure customs clearance readiness.
  • Prepare cost analysis to support import declarations.
  • Oversee import logistics, including coordination with suppliers, agents, and verification of K1 forms, HS codes, and tariff classifications.
  • Resolve clearance issues and monitor inbound shipments to avoid delays or production impact.
  • Knowledge of Freight operations and logistics.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is advantageous.

Working Hours:

  • Monday - Thursday : 8.00am - 5.30pm
  • Friday : 8.00am - 5.00pm
  • Saturday : 8.00am - 12.00pm (Alternate)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM3,800.00 per month
