About the role

As the Finance Manager at Directd Retail & Wholesale Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations and providing strategic financial leadership. This full-time position is based in Subang Jaya, Selangor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead accounting, budgeting, reporting, and compliance functions.
• Drive financial strategy, cost control, and cash flow planning.
• Ensure tax, audit, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee internal controls, risk management, and asset safeguarding.
• Partner with retail operations to support outlet growth and profitability.
• Manage and develop the finance team.
• Report financial insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA/ACCA/CFA preferred.
• 5+ years in finance leadership, ideally in retail or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian tax and audit regulations.
• Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Hands-on, analytical, and team-oriented with strong leadership skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, accounting systems; ERP/POS experience is a plus.
