We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to drive technical excellence and lead a high-performing engineering team. You will play a key role in shaping architecture, guiding development practices, and ensuring successful delivery in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and career coaching
• Drive end-to-end delivery using Scrum/Agile methodologies
• Own and contribute to solution architecture and system design
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions
• Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery success
• Implement and optimize DevOps practices (CI/CD, automation, deployment pipelines)
• Conduct code reviews, define best practices, and ensure high-quality engineering standards
• Identify risks, resolve blockers, and ensure smooth sprint execution

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical leadership roles
• Proven experience managing teams of at least 5 members for 3+ years
• Strong hands-on experience with Scrum / Agile delivery
• Solid expertise in system architecture and solution design
• Exposure to DevOps practices (CI/CD, automation, cloud environments)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make critical technical decisions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Exposure to AI-assisted SDLC / PDLC tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, AI-driven testing, automation tools)
• Experience leveraging AI to improve development efficiency and quality
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
