JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Monitor daily site activities and ensure project execution follows approved work scope and technical specifications.
• Supervise subcontractors and field technicians during installation works.
• Ensure project progress is completed according to timeline and quality requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure work quality meets project standards.
• Identify technical issues during installation and coordinate corrective actions immediately.
• Verify completed work before submission to management or client.
• Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports for management review.
• Maintain project documentation, installation records, testing reports, and completion reports.
• Coordinate with project team, subcontractors, suppliers, and management for smooth project execution.
• Escalate project delays, technical issues, or material shortages when required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or in Telecommunication or other related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in telecom infrastructure projects.
• Hands-on experience in FTTH installation, fiber optic infrastructure, and WiFi network deployment.
• Experience in telecommunication tower foundation construction is an added advantage.
• Knowledge in cabling, network equipment installation, and basic testing/commissioning.
• Able to work outstation and site-based environment.
• Possess valid driving license. (D/DA)
