Key Responsibilities (Post contract)

• Prepare subcontractor certificates, measurements, variation orders (VO), and cost estimations.
• Support the subcontractor awarding process, including quotation evaluations and documentation.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of subcontractor and main contractor final accounts.
• Prepare progress claims, interim certificates, variation orders, and subcontractor payment certificates.
• Compare Bills of Quantities (BQ) against construction drawings and identify quantity variances.
• Compile and maintain project documentation, including bank guarantees, insurance, CPC, CMGD, and direct payment records.
• Support ISO implementation, documentation, and audit compliance activities.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and organized contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in post-contract activities in the construction industry.
• Experience in handling infrastructure projects is an added advantage.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders.
• Self-starter with the initiative to propose solutions.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Damansara, Selangor.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
