Job Overview

Inaz Mobile Spa is looking for a passionate, professional and customer-focused Full-Time Mobile Nail Technician to join our growing team.

As a Mobile Nail Technician, you will travel to customers' homes, hotels and offices throughout Kuala Lumpur and Selangor to provide professional manicure and pedicure services. You will represent the Inaz Mobile Spa brand by delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, professionalism and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

Treatment Delivery

• Perform professional manicure and pedicure treatments according to Inaz Mobile Spa SOPs.
• Deliver mobile nail services safely and professionally at customers' homes, hotels and offices.
• Prepare and dismantle portable nail equipment before and after every appointment.
• Maintain a clean, organised and professional treatment setup.
• Ensure customer comfort and safety throughout every treatment.
• Provide professional nail care advice and aftercare recommendations.

Customer Experience

• Deliver a premium customer experience that reflects the standards of Inaz Mobile Spa.
• Build trust and positive relationships with customers through professionalism and excellent service.
• Communicate politely and professionally throughout every appointment.
• Recommend suitable add-on services or future treatments where appropriate.
• Handle customer information with complete confidentiality.
• Strive to achieve consistently high customer satisfaction ratings.

Professional Standards

• Maintain excellent personal hygiene, grooming and professional appearance.
• Ensure all nail tools, equipment and supplies are properly cleaned, sanitised and disinfected before and after every appointment.
• Follow all company SOPs, hygiene standards and infection control procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organised treatment area at all times.
• Submit arrival timestamps, treatment reports and required documentation accurately.
• Attend compulsory meetings, training sessions and skills development programmes.

Operational Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations throughout Kuala Lumpur & Selangor.
• Arrive punctually for every scheduled appointment.
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently.
• Ensure sufficient treatment supplies are prepared before each appointment.
• Take responsibility for company equipment and inventory issued.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a supportive team environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional manicure and pedicure experience is preferred.
• Fresh graduates from recognised nail or beauty academies are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of nail hygiene, sanitation and infection control.
• Physically fit and able to perform multiple appointments daily.
• Must possess own transportation and a valid driving licence.
• Comfortable travelling throughout Kuala Lumpur & Selangor.
• Able to work weekends, public holidays and flexible shifts when scheduled.
