1. Job Summary
Responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory of raw materials, finished goods, and consumables. Ensure inventory accuracy, proper documentation, and support smooth production operations.
2. Job Description
- Receive and inspect incoming materials.
- Store materials in designated locations using FIFO/FEFO.
- Issue materials to production based on approved requests.
- Update inventory records and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Perform stock counts and assist in stock take activities.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and 5S standards.
- Prepare materials or finished goods for shipment.
- Report stock discrepancies or damaged items to the supervisor.
- Perform other duties assigned by the superior.
3. Job Authority
- Receive and issue materials according to company procedures.
- Update inventory records.
- Report damaged or non-conforming materials.
- Recommend stock replenishment when inventory is low.
4. Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM or Certificate/Diploma in a related field.
- 1–2 years of warehouse/storekeeping experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Basic knowledge of inventory control, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Forklift license is an added advantage.
Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
